Petco has been in the process of redesigning their business processes supported by implementing new systems and have identified the need for training support for the 16 system implementations scheduled to occur over 3 years affecting their entire organization (stores, merchants, marketing, and customers). Petco asked us to develop their ILT training essentials series that accompany the e-Learning course and classroom training based on the great experience/feedback they were receiving from the previous courses.
